Azi 19.12.2011 este o zi foarte trista pentru SAAB

Daca ar fi cumparati in cadrul procedurii de lichidare cred totusi ca GM va avea in continuare dreptul sa refuze impartirea licentelor cu noul proprietar, asa ca problema nu este rezolvata. Nu cred ca ar cumpara nimeni SAAB fara sa poata practic produce imediat dupa achizitie. Gresesc?

Nu pot face speculatii pe tema asta. Depinde de clauzele contractuale.

Doar eu inteleg ce ai scris aici si ma simt indignat? Du-te si ia-ti tu bemveurile alea pe care le iubesti atat de mult si roaga-te sa nu dai vreodata ochii cu mine.

Dorine, il urmaresc pe Andy de ceva vreme si sunt ferm convins ca asta a vrut sa spuna. Sunt ironic! Aparent, Andy cunoaste bine limba romana si fii sigur ca aceasta iti permite o multitudine de formulari prin care sa-ti exprimi indignarea fata de situatia in care Saab-ul a ajuns, fara a fi nevoit sa-ti exprimi bucuria in acest sens... Vorbesc aici de empatie. Orice s-ar intampla pe viitor cu Saab, nu pot accepta nicio scuza pentru aceasta "bucurie" fata de situatia in care se afla Saab acum.
Daca va scapa sau nu de GM ramane de vazut si cred ca deja e o alta discutie.

nu cred ca GM o sa isi permita sa dea o alta palma posesorilor de SAAB.Oricum sunt niste nesimtiti....dar sa ramana fara piese de schimb toate saaburile inainte de 2008 e o mare bataie de joc fata de SAAB si de pasionatii marcii. @x-other ma bucur ca- mi citesti postarile, asta e si scopul lor, sunt flatat. Ceea ce ma ingrijoreaza este faptul ca poate exagerezi, judecandu-ma pe nedrept.
Dupa cum chiar tu iti exprimi mirarea - "doar eu inteleg", de fapt, doar tu nu intelegi.
@bullet ti-a explicat foarte bine. Sunt deosebit de bucuros, ca, in ceasul al treisprezecelea, Saab-ul are sansa ca, prin intrarea in faliment, sa scape definitiv de americani. Tu, oricum, intelegi altceva si e dreptul tau sa plangi. Din punct de vedere medical, cica e foarte sanatos, serios. E foarte urat sa ameninti din spatele tastaturii.

Vad ca esti posesorul a 2 saab-uri& a unei toagle, dar atitudinea ta, iti spun foarte sincer, nu e una de saab-ist. Esti singurul forumist care se pare ca are o problema cu mine, cu toate ca niciodata nu am spus nimic rau despre saab, cu atat mai mult sa atac in scris vreun forumist. Insisti sa ma ataci si nu stiu care-i vina mea.
Dupa ce am plecat de pe forum, ca urmare a cererii mele, ai scris cuvinte urate la adresa postarilor mele, stiind ca nu pot replica. Daca asa gandeai, ai fi putut sa scrii parerea ta, daca chiar erai atat de deranjat, cat timp eram membru al acestui forum.

Saabist sau nu macar nu ma bucur de raul altora. Asa cum spuneam mai devreme limba romana iti ofera atat de multe optiuni incat poti transmite un mesaj in cel mai politic si diplomat mod pentru a nu lasa loc de interpretari si a evita situatiile create anterior. Se pare ca nici in trecut nu ai fost atent la acest aspect.

In privinta pieselor de origine, din cate stiu, fiecare producator este obligat sa asigure piese de schimb pentru o perioada de cel putin 10 ani de la incetarea productiei unui model.

In ceea ce priveste "bucuria" intrarii in faliment, cred ca niciun iubitor adevarat de SAAB nu se poate "bucura", din simplul motiv ca n-ar fi trebuit sa se ajunga aici. Aaaa, ca dupa atata chin si taraganare, ca si datorita opunerii GM la orice proiect de salvare si revigorare a marcii, s-a ajuns la deschiderea procedurii de faliment e o alta poveste. Insa nu e motiv de "bucurie"ci trebuie privit ca pe un lucru firesc(dpdv juridic) avand in vedere cei aproape 3 ani de zbucium, precum si posibilitatea de a deveni independent de GM.

The first thing that happened today was that all employees were let go, this is a natural step in order for the governmental salary-fund to be able to work. However none of the employees have been paid yet, and the deadline for the banks to be able to issue the money to the employees before x-mas is at 17:00 today.

Rachel Pang and Johan Nylén arrived in Trollhättan today and are as I write this meeting with the administrators and Victor Muller. They have a very though job ahead of them and several different solutions will be discussed. The largest obstacle in their efforts to Save Saab is clearly GM, BUT, since all the employees were let go, there is also a time-constraint that is extremely important. Several key people are needed if the production is every to be able to restart. These people are now actively looking for new jobs, who can blame them right? And if Saab is to survive and be able to produce cars in the future, these people are absolutely essential. One of them is my own father and the dedication he and his colleagues are showing towards Saab is just unbelievable, for now, most of them are just riding out the storm and keep observing how things develop. All they want in the end is to build cars in Trollhättan again!

There were rumors that Turkish interests wanted to buy pieces of Saab’s technology. This has now been denied by Turkish Ministers. I personally have lived and worked in Turkey for about a year back in 2008 and I feel that the Turkish thoughts about buying technology and such is a nice one, but this type of technology is extremely advanced and I’m not sure if those companies interested would just be wasting their time buying technology and not the means to implement it, which is the factory itself.

The biggest issue for us fans right now is no doubt what will happen with the Saab Museum. We have received lots of e-mails concerning this matter and I spent most of the night trying to answer as many of them as possible, I’m sorry that not everyone got an answer. All I can tell you so far is that Victor Muller is, as we stated yesterday in an article, trying to sell Saab as a complete package, and the Museum is included in that package. If he would be able to do so, I can promise you that we would be one of the first to know and we have over the last 6 months looked over several possibilities on how we as fans could actually buy some or perhaps all of the cars in the museum. Because of the bankruptcy all debts with Saab has been cleared and the museum is no longer forced to sell its inventory to the highest bidder, but the administrators can choose to sell it to the most suitable candidate. We in the SU Crew have had good contact with Peter Bäckström, the custodian of the Museum as well as with lawyers, clubs and other parties in order to find the best way to actually safeguard the cars for the future. We have a plan that we know works! It will be a considerable effort, the biggest one in my life and it will require great sacrifice in terms of money for the fans, but there is a plan B!
