55 years of SAAB ownership!

Today, 55 years have passed since Iréne and Bertil Stener, from Varberg, which lies due south of Gothenburg on the west coast of Sweden, became the proud owners of a SAAB 93 B and the couple have since then, been faithful to the SAAB brand.
On April 12th this year, Richard Nilsson at ANA, handed over the keys of a beautiful brand new SAAB 9-3 BioPower SportCombi to the couple which they describes as probably the last car they’ll ever buy.
Bertil states that there is no need to say that we are very pleased with the purchase.
The photo below is taken just outside ANA’s west entrance next to the road E45 which runs through Trollhättan. The photo to the right is of Bertil with what was back then, their brand new SAAB 93 B.
I have to say that I am very impressed that the couple made the fairly long journey from Varberg up to Trollhättan to buy their car from the true home of Saab.
Their first trip hope in their new car must have lasted well over two hours.
We’d like to congratulate the Stener family on a very nice car, we hope that it brought them a lot of joy over this summer and will continue to do so for many more years to come! Thank you for sharing this with us.
