No asa, m-am apucat sa vad de ce nu imi "intra" turbina in functiune cand trebuie. Dupa ce am sapat un pic prin www, am gasit un tabel de diagnostic, care parca e pacat sa nu vi-l pun si voua la dispozitie.
Tabelul este structurat cam asa: simptome/cauza/remediere
1. Noise or vibration from turbo unit
a. Insufficient lubrication to turbo shaft and boaring
b. Leakago in the intake or exhaust system
c. Turbo shaft unbalanced
a. Remove and check the turbo oii supply pipe for clogging or
deposits. Check the oii pressure and oii flow to the turbocharger
b. Check for leaking seals (O-rings) or pipe connoctions. Tighten all
connections and replace dolective seals
c. Replace turbo unit
2. Boost pressure too low
a. Leakage between compressor and cylinder head or turbine and exhaust system
b. Incorrectly adjusted charge pressure
c. Wastegate sticking open
d. Partially clogged exhaust system
e. Clogged air cleaner
f. Binding turbo shaft
g. Faulty brako light switch (1986 and
later) or faulty cruise control vacuum
switch
h. Faulty APC component
a. Check for leaking pipe connections. Tighten all connections
b. Check and adjust basic boost and maximum boost
c. Clean and lubricate wastegate. Replace the wastegate assembly if it cannot be made to move freely
d. Check exhaust system for blockage, especially in the catalytic
converter. Replace faulty exhaust components
e. Replace air cleaner
f. Replace turbo unit
g. Test switches and replace if faulty
h. Test the knock sensor, the pressure sensor, and the solenoid
valve. If no faults are found, the APC control unit may be faulty
3. Boost pressure too high
a. Leak in hose at APC solenoid valve or faulty solenoid valve
b. Leaky wastegate diaphragm unit
c. Leaking hose to prossuro sensor or faulty pressure sensor
d. Wastegate sticking closed or binding
e. Incorrectly adjusted charge pressure
f. Faulty pressure sensor or APC control unit
a. Check for leaks and replace any taulty hoses. Test the APC solenoid and replace if faulty
b. Replace diaphragm unit
c. Check for leaks and replace any faulty hoses. Test the pressure
sensor and replace if faulty
d. Clean and lubricate wastegate. Replace the wastegate assembly if it cannot be made to move freely
e. Check and adjust basic boost and maximum boost
f. Test pressure sensor. If no faults are found tho APC control unit may be faulty
4- Normal boost pressure despite intensive knocking
a. APC system not working
b. Knock sensor or wiring to knock deter faulty
c. Knock sensor not correctly tightened to block
d. Wastegate sticking closed
a. Test APC system components
b. Test knock sensor and replace if faulty
c. Check that sensor is torqued to 14 Nm (10 ft-lb)
d. Clean and lubricate wastegate. Replace the wastegate assembly if it can not be made to move freely
Buuun. Pana ajung eu la verificarea astora, va mai spun ce cred ca e in neregula la mine. Cruise-control-ul, la fel ca la maisnutele voastre este scos din functiune. odata cu scoaterea "brutala din functiune, am scos si intrerupatorul de la pedala. la mine la saab, la pedala de frana aveam 2, daca nu 3 intrerupatoare. unul de la cruise control (normal deschis), care putea fi actionat si vacumatic, si unul de la stopuri care este exact pe invers, (adica normal inchis).
Cand am avut probleme cu intrerupatorul de la stopuri, am incercat initial (evident la repezeala fara sa gandesc, sa folosesc intrerupatorul de la c-control, evident aveam stopurile aprinse in permanenta mai putin atunci cand franam). dupa ce am facut tampenia asta, m-am enervat, l-am dat jos cu totu si l-am aruncat prin pivnita pe undeva.
In manualul de service, spune pe undeva ca sunt tantalau. Odata ce intrerupatorul de la c -control nu este "facut", sistemul este trecut automat in asa zisul basic - boost. ceea ce inseamna ca intra turbina, dar... mai lejer.
Ce urmeaza sa fac.
1- imi cumpar un alt intrerupator pe normal deschis pe care il pun in opera, sau imi pun un releu pe care il actionez prin intrerupatorul de la frana. Inca nu m-am hotarat.
2. Daca turbina isi reia activitatea corect, CINE MA AJUTA SA O REGLEZ? adica am know-how-ul despre cum se face, dar ceea ce imi lipseste este un manometru care sa stie sa citeasca intre 0.2 bari si 1 bar. Manometrele de la pompele de masina nu sunt suficient de sensibile, iar alea de la tensiometrul "bunicii" sunt prea sensibile....

Vreau ajutor cu monometrul, si/sau aranjarea partii de apc. oricum in prima parte incerc sa vad daca intreruptorul era problema.
